OUR RATES...

Collection Rates - For our average client, we collect over 85% of the gross amount billed. This exceptionally high rate is a result of our diligence in collecting all the monies due to our clients. We closely watch claims submitted to insurance companies to see that they are being handled properly and in a timely fashion. We will work with all the appropriate parties to ensure complete payment. Payment plans are available to private individuals who may need them, upon approval of our clients.

 Our Fees - We charge our EMS/Ambulance providers based upon a percentage of what we collect for you. We feel it is the most fair way to charge - if you don't get paid, than neither do we.
